Prior to entering a career in real estate, Zubair worked as a Trader and Registered Representative for a Wall Street investment banking firm. He managed investment portfolios for high net worth individuals & institutions, for both domestic and international clients. Born and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh, he takes pride in his humble beginnings and use them as a platform to make decisions for the future. At the age of seven, his family moved to New York City where he grew up. Zubair knows this city, loves this city, and he is passionate about helping clients secure their dream home here. Zubair has always had a passion for real estate and a knack for pin pointing undervalued assets. He bought his first condo in the Bronx at the age of 21 with funds he saved from working as a college student.
