Having worked within the Real Estate profession for several years I have experienced the many changes that have taken place to the benefit of both the Realtor and Customer/Client. I have worked in the residential, commercial and industrial real estate fields as a broker since 1976. My experience from working in both the corporate and public sectors has afforded me a wealth of knowledge that I believe is a benefit to my customers. For 9 years I was a New York State Certified Assessor, and for 5 years I worked as a loan officer. This experience has given me hands on experience in the valuation process and residential finance. I enjoy working with my clients,especailly in helping them to meet their real estate needs.
