Vincent has lived in the Western New York area for most of his life. He attended elementary school at Our Lady of Victory in Lackawanna, NY and high school at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs, NY. He went on to receive his BA from the University at Buffalo in Political Science and later earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from UBs School of Architecture and Planning. Throughout the years Vincent has worked for several government bodies including The City of Buffalos Administration and Finance, The State of Colorados Taxation Department, and with the Mayors office of The City of Tonawanda. He has over 10 years of real estate sales and property management experience dealing with first time home buyers and out of town investors.
