Currently oversees and manages the operations of the REO/HUD Department at REONY. She has been in this position since 2005 working her way and learning the REO Industry via REO Certification trainings, seminars, webinars, meetings, and day to day experience. This has propelled her to being one of the most experienced in her field. She currently works hand in hand with Broker Shelly Irizarry who was instrumental in implementing this department in 1993. Since then, we have grown to be one of the largest third party departments in the United States. Starting from zero in 1993, the department continues to rise to the occasion, meeting the challenges faced with the unpredictable market and overcoming them to provide the best outcome for our clients. We have hosted and continue to host Home-buying Seminars for First Time Home-buyers educating them on the process of owning their first home. We have also worked with REO and HUD Clients addressing the issues of Marketing and Selling to First Time Buyers. We have a significantly high record of sales to owner occupant purchasers (and officers and teachers via the Good Neighbor Next Door program via HUD), maximizing money to our lender clients and creating opportunities for those that many shutout. Trish continues to work with various communities doing outreach to educate individuals on the Home buying process.
