I was Professionally trained as a Sales Consultant for a National Home Builder many years ago. After my successful years in that position, I enjoyed 10 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer. I annually completed 120+ transactions per year. As a point of comparison, only 3% of Realtors in the US ever touch over 20 closings per year. Yes 20. So, I felt compelled to use my volume of experience to start my Real Estate Business.
