Terry Rose brings over 12 years of real estate experience that includes residential, commercial, short sale, bank-owned, new construction, investment property, land development, vacant land, and custom/production homebuilding. Terry is experienced in listings, contract negotiations, market analysis, home staging, and implementing successful marketing plans and business plans. In addition, Terry possesses 20+ years of marketing and sales experience with consistently increasing responsibilities in account management, customer needs analysis, presentation, negotiation, marketing development and implementation. Terry has won numerous awards and recognition for her outstanding achievements, dedication, teamwork, innovation, leadership, and quality of service. Terry has lived in Florida for over 25 years after living in other areas of the United States and Europe. Terry received her Bachelors Degree in Business and most recently her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Belhaven University. Terry is a full time Realtor and a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors. She is also an active member of the Central Florida Realty Investors Association.Terry is an approved partner with Osceola County�s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). She actively markets and promotes NSP to Buyers, realtors, lenders, and the Osceola County community. Terry is instrumental in identifying and acquiring REO properties for the Program and matching NSP Buyers to their new home. Terry has successfully closed over 50 NSP properties for Osceola County.Terry developed and administered all aspects of sales and marketing for a start-up homebuilding operation (family business). Recruited, trained, and managed four on-site salespeople and an administrative coordinator. Terry was responsible for: pricing and sales promotions; customer contracts and amenity selections; model home merchandising (purchasing and furnishing); radio and print (newspaper and brochure) advertising of homes and amenities; establishing relationships with mortgage companies, realtors, appraisers, and suppliers; setting up all customer service and warranty procedures. Terry and her team exceeded their business plan by selling 35 homes in the first full year of operations and 58 homes the second year. Terry was an active member of the HBA Sales and Marketing Council. Terry and her team received local recognition by winning the HBA Home of the Year Award in 1993.
