My goal is to simplify the real estate buying and selling experience. I enjoy working as a real estate broker because it allows me the opportunity to meet people, make connections, to share what I ave learned, and really make a difference. I have had the pleasure of working as a New York State certified teacher in the Yonkers Public School district for the past 18 years. Each year it as a new challenge to help my students excel. One of my most important discoveries through the years is that children learn best when they know you care. They can sense when you love what you are doing and its always a source of motivation for them. I find the same is true with adults. Working with someone who exhibits love and passion for what they do makes all the difference in the world, especially in today as real estate market. My clients know that I am passionate about understanding their needs and doing everything in my power to represent them. I am extremely patient, pay attention to details, and work diligently to meet their needs, even if it means extra time and effort. My passion for teaching goes hand in hand with my real estate business. I ave gained a great deal of experience being a broker, with more than 16 years working with buyers and sellers in White Plains, Yonkers, Scarsdale, and the Bronx. I ave seen a variety of market conditions; from fast paced seller as markets to very difficult depressed conditions where sales were scares and many homeowners were in distress. Knowing what I learned, I work to educate my clients and to be a valuable resource as I walk them through their home selling process step by step. I have always had a great respect and connection to people older than myself. I appreciate their wisdom and enjoy hearing about their experiences, even more so now that I am growing older. That as why I studied to become a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist. I wanted to work with seniors as they take on the process of moving. My work with seniors has been a very gratifying experience and I look forward to helping more seniors and their families. To sum it up, I ave had the pleasure of selling real estate where I have lived and raised my family. Westchester offers something to people in all stages of life of every lifestyle, is a very convenient commute to New York City, and more. I am an avid bike rider and enjoy riding the many beautiful trails in our neighborhoods. I regularly support communities I serve through charitable work and community programs.
