The real estate business is all about the client. Meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of each client is of utmost importance to me, and what gets me excited about my business every day. I aim to bring great energy, local knowledge and a willingness to go the extra distance as part of my value proposition. I cut my teeth in the real estate industry by handling the most complicated of transactions, a short-sale, something even many highly experienced agents are reluctant to tackle. For me, it was a great introduction to the complexities that are inherent in most real estate transfers. It gave me the knowledge, experience and resources to know that I can confidently and expertly handle any situation I may encounter. I remain committed to educating myself and improving my skills on a daily basis. Before earning my real estate license, I gained experience in several related industries and positions: as a case manager and then housing locator for the Office of Housing & Intergovernmental Affairs in Nassau County, as a mortgage banker for a Long Island lender, and also in the field of social services as well as community relations for emergency management. Having these various experiences as a foundation gives me unique insights and understanding that benefits my clients. I am a huge supporter of community action and involvement. I serve on the steering committee for the Eliza Corwin Frost Child Center. I support many local charities. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I primarily serve clients who are selling, buying and renting throughout the unique neighborhoods in Westchester County.
