Born and raised in WNY, Shannon first entered Real Estate in 1992. After living in Dallas, Texas for many years, she returned to WNY to be closer to family and take advantage of all that the area has to offer. She enjoys working with both first-time home buyers and seasoned investors. In her first year back in the WNY real estate market she helped over 40 buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and looks forward to meeting and assisting many more happy clients in the coming years. Shannon and her daughter Kate, along with their 2 cats Max and Milly now call Hamburg NY home.
