Im an owner/broker at Stiefvater Real Estate, inc. in suburban New York City. I specialize in sales and property rentals in Westchester County, with a special focus on the historic Town of Pelham on Long Island Sound. I feel a special affinity with Pelham because I ave lived here all my life. I attended Pelham public schools from preschool through high school, and even returned years later as a substitute teacher. In 1983, I became a licensed real estate agent in New York State. Since then, I ave earned numerous awards and, more importantly, the repeat business of many of my clients. As one of the top producers in Westchester County, I ave earned the Presidents Circle Award, the Leading Edge Award and the Diamond Award, the Westchester County Board of Realtors multi-million sales award designation. I ave also been a leader in sales in the Town of Pelham. I was named to Whos Who in Real Estate in North America in the 1993-94 premier edition, as well as in 1995, 1996 and 1997.I am involved in a number of professional organizations. I was treasurer for the Pelham Real Estate Board and served two terms as a director on the Westchester County Board of Realtors. I am a past board member of the Pelham Chamber of Commerce, the Pelham Children as Center and the Danny Fund, a local organization that helps families with the catastrophic costs of a child as serious illness. I am also a past member of the executive committee for the Friends of Sound Shore Medical Center in neighboring New Rochelle and volunteer with multiple civic organizations to help older adults, children with disabilities and provide recreational opportunities. I enjoy helping both existing residents and ones new to the area. I am the relocation director at Stiefvater, so I ave had the pleasure of helping numerous transferees.
