For over two decades, Nick made the Upper West Side his home as an elite trainer, and for 16 of those years, Nick worked for himself, perfecting his sales, marketing, and business. He also developed an eye for potential, and after attending the New York Institute of Photography, he worked as a freelance photographer. When Nick was ready to transition back to real estate, he returned as an agent and an investor. I genuinely care about my clients, not only their budget.
