Neal Scott was first licensed as A Realtor in the 1980 as in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia metro area after which he quickly advanced to Licensed Broker status. Specializing in Homes of Distinction his goal was always to ensure he was providing the highest level of service to his clients. To that end he completed the two plus year educational and 2000 hour practical requirements to become a Licensed Residential Appraiser. Upon receiving his appraiser license he started his own real estate brokerage and appraisal firm serving three states during the height of the real estate boom in the early millennium. At the same time he was invited to accept an appointment by the Governor of the state to serve on the Board of Appraisers for a three year term in which he monitored and investigated the work of other appraisers. In 2014 Neal brought his skill and expertise to this market to deliver the same professional concierge Real Estate service to Western New York home buyers and sellers.
