I want to thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I am a native New Yorker, born in Flushing, living in Queens for 30 years. It was natural for me to choose the areas where I was raised as the specialty for my real estate business. I pride myself in knowing every street in these neighborhoods and I utilize this knowledge for the benefit of my customers and clients. Prior to my career in real estate, l owned my own company. While developing that business, I spent a lot of time overseas, particularly in China, where I improved my business acumen and also expanded my personal network. I was also a business banker with JP Morgan Chase at the Main St. Flushing branch. In this position, I honed my knowledge of mortgages, investments and customer service. The steady flow of new customers deepened my relationships within the Flushing community where I am still active today. When working with clients, my first priority is to listen carefully in order that I better understand their needs. I then get to work to serve my clients interests. An important aspect of my business is to provide a positive experience for all parties involved: buyers, sellers and cooperating agents. It will be my pleasure to work with you in any of your real estate needs. I graduated from Penn State University with a B.S in Economics. When Im not working my real estate business, I spend quality time with my wife and two sons.
