Licensed Realtor, Mehran Shahbazzadeh, graduated from Farmingdale State College earning a BA in Architecture. My specialty is working with first-time home buyers and teaching them the process of purchasing Real Estate. Holding their hands along the way from the first steps of Mortgage Pre-Approval, to the final steps of Closing. All while recommending them to the proper professionals (which I have worked with in the past). My educational background in Architectural Design and Construction has helped me educate my buyers when showing houses, and my sellers when listing their houses by properly calling out materials and finishes throughout, educating the client throughout the process. I continue to educate myself by attending Real Estate seminars and keeping up with the current trends in the industry. I was born and raised on Long Island, most of my business comes from past clients, friends and family.
