Mashika LeGrand brings extensive knowledge of marketing and systems from her positions within a financial institution for 14 years. She has earned a Bachelors in Information Systems and two Masters Certificates in Software Implementation and Project Management. As a software implementation specialist, Mashika analyzed processes and improved them, while earning a reputation as a problem solver. She transitioned to a position in outside sale in which she became a top sales person and Certified National Trainer. As a sales professional, she successfully used social media to build and develop relationships with clients, maintain long term client relationships and increase sales. She brings these same skills to her role as a Real Estate professional. It is her passion to provide her clients with knowledge of real property, market conditions and trends, in order to help them make decisions that best serve their needs. As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person, Mashika is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the NY State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
