I am an NYS licensed Associate Broker working with the excellent brokerage and franchise Coldwell Banker Advantage. I love to help people. There is no better feeling, In my honest opinion. I get to help others and meet great unique people every day. For me, the building of relationships is priceless, and hopefully life long relationships. I started this business by opening a property management company out of downtown BK, where I consulted on all areas such as business, finance, negotiation, insurance, management, and other property-related matters. Working with Coldwell Banker Advantage has been excellent. I am part of the BK MLS and the Staten Island MLS, and both locations are where I primarily work. I have done deals in Manhattan, Queens, Long Island, but BK and SI mainly make all my sales. I have sold most of my listings, approx 95% for top prices in each area I have sold in both BK and SI. Why is that? I love helping others, have fantastic working relationships, which are essential with buyers and sellers, strong social media presence, strong negotiator, drone imaging, and much more. Pricing a home right and having a strategic goal in mind is essential. Presentation these days is crucial, most do not read anymore, and 90% or more of people see a listing on the computer before viewing it of all ages. I own a drone imaging company and take amazing shots of the property from unique vantage points, highlighting much of the propertys positive attributes. My listings exposure is vast, with listings being seen in maximum numbers getting clients more people in their homes, which converts into getting the price they want on their property. I love working with both buyers and sellers. I believe that having strong working relationships and a good name in the business helps get deals closed. I present all my offers to the seller directly and find it is way more effective. I am bold, aggressive, and passionate about finding you the right home and a good investment.
