My family moved to Bay Terrace in 1984, and my (future) wife moved to Bayside in 1978. It was a twist of fate that it took 20 years to meet her! I started my career in real estate in April 2004 and over the course of the last 17 years, I ave honed my skills and expertise helping sellers, buyers, renters, landlords, and commercial property owners. I have earned three nationally recognized designations from the National Association of Realtors, including SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), of which I am one of two in Queens, NY. I also hold the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. The pandemic has changed the real estate landscape, especially in Queens, where so many homes have been listed and sold within days. That as wonderful for those sellers, and yet I am dismayed and disappointed to see so many home listings that do not sell (their listings expire) leaving the homeowner confused and, in many instances, angry and frustrated. I feel their pain. In fact, after seeing the way every other local agent works to market and sell homes, I was compelled to return my focus on selling residential properties here in Northeastern Queens. Why? Because in all modesty, there is no one who markets and sells homes the way I do. That as a bold statement, but one that I can back up with evidence that I ad like the opportunity to show you.
