Starting as a seasonal associate at Bloomingdale as in 2004, Keith realized his passion was in sales. Showing consistent effort, he was offered a permanent position as a recovery a associate after the holiday season. After a year in that role, he was offered a position as Recovery Supervisor a. Being a supervisor, he was responsible for managing and scheduling a team of 15 associates at the young at 19. After success in this position, he was promoted to managing the Y.E.S. Department a, a department doing 15 million dollars in sales a year with a team of 20. After exceeding sales numbers and expectations, Keith was presented with the Golden B Award a for excellence. This is a prestigious award in Bloomingdale as, only given to a handful of employees a year. Towards the end of Keith as time at Bloomingdales, he started a part time job at Blue Bar and Grill in White Plains, NY as a server. After a company restructure at Bloomingdale as, Keith went full time in the restaurant business. While at Blue Bar and Grill, the company decided to open a new location called Westchester Burger Company a. He assisted in the building and opening of two Westchester Burger Company locations in White Plains and Rye Brook. Keith went on to become one of the restaurant managers, helping in all aspects of the restaurant. From the front of the house managing the dining room, to the back of the house where he was responsible for the kitchen staff and food ordering. In 2012, Keith was presented with an opportunity to enter the luxury automobile business with Mercedes Benz of White Plains. Starting in 2012, Keith spent 6 years assisting clients with the purchasing and leasing of new and pre-owned vehicles. In 2015, Keith married his wife Erica and purchased their first home together in 2016 and started a family. Having many Realtor as as clients at Mercedes, Keith decided it was time to make a change for the better of his family - it was time to get licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson. In 2017, Keith earned his real estate license and started working part time for the Michael LaMorte Team a at Keller Williams NY Realty in White Plains. After getting his feet wet for about a year, in December of 2018, he resigned from Mercedes to continue his career in real estate. After staying with the team for a year and a half and learning everything he could in that time, Keith decided it was finally time to go off on his own as a Realtor.
