Kathy has been helping customers relocate to 55+ Active Adult Communities for over 8 years. She began her love for real estate while working in Central FL for an A/C company performing various administrative duties and then for one of the nation's largest homebuilders. After semi-retiring, she remained passionate about assisting couples and singles make their move to a community where they did not just retire, but could enjoy the next chapter in their life with friends and family. From touring homes in her golf cart, she knows the community down to the street level. When Kathy is not working, you'll find her at the pool, walking her dogs or spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loves to paint, cruise, travel and is involved with many community functions. She has a love for dogs and donates her time helping at the Pasco County animal shelter.
