Karin is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with Keller Williams Hudson Valley Realty. Karin has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. In August 2008, she obtained her Associate Broker License. She was required to take an additional 45 hours of education as well as passing a qualifying exam administered by the Department of State to earn my Associate Broker License. She has also obtained the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification. Karin prides herself in providing consistent, comprehensive real estate service to her clients. Although it is her second career, she is a full time agent and relies solely on Real Estate as her source of income. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Karin had a successful career in Accounting, working in both Public Accounting and the private sector for over 20 years. She earned a BBA/MBA Degree in Public Accounting from Pace University, Pleasantville, NY in 1985. While Karin grew up in Brooklyn, NY, she has lived in Orange County for 25+ years, and has resided in Highland Mills for the past 17 years. Karin is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Orange County Association of Realtors. She has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Town of Woodbury NY Assessor as Board of Review. Karin has served as the Chairperson of KW Cares Committee, as Treasure of the Zonta Club of Newburgh Area and Board member of Rolling Thunder NY3.
