John was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. John grew up in Clarence, NY and graduated from Clarence High School in 1999. John first started working at his family restaurant, Santora as Pizza, and at a young age learned how hard work, traditional values, and customer service play a key role in any successful business. After attending Medaille College here in Buffalo and then graduating from California Culinary Academy as management program, he went on to work for several top restaurants and hotels in the country. John later became a Certified Hotel Administrator while managing Salvatore as Garden Place Hotel in Buffalo, NY. John has led award-winning hospitality operations for over fifteen years and has many transferable skills that will set him apart in the real estate community. Making a career transition, John then joined an elite custom builder in the Buffalo, NY area and received his certifications in New Home Sales and Residential Construction.
