We were born in Western New York, Raised Here, and We are Still Here! For over 40 years Scott Walters, Broker/Owner of SAW Commission Cutters has dominated the foreclosure industry. Jill Welfare worked in the retail side of real estate before joining Scott in 2015. She was instrumental in catapulting SAW to the 2nd fastest growing real estate company in Western New York.
