I have been a licensed real estate professional for over 36 years. Before beginning my real estate career, I received a BS and a MS in Education from City College of New York. I taught special education for 16 years in the NYC Public School System. During the past ten plus years, I have been a full time Associate Broker for Houlihan Lawrence Brokerage in their Briarcliff Office. I have listed and sold many homes in Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Croton-on-Hudson, Chappaqua, Millwood, Pleasantville, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and the towns of Cortlandt and Yorktown. Many of my clients have been referred to me by previous and current clients who have been very pleased with my level of service and attention to their needs. Throughout my career, I have been recognized with numerous performance awards. Houlihan Lawrence has bestowed upon me their prestigious Emerald Award, which is given yearly to their top 30 producers, in a company with over 1100 agents. I have also received their Gold and Platinum Awards for outstanding production. For the past 14 years I have been recognized as one of the top 3 agents in the Briarcliff Manor Brokerage. Continuing education in the real estate profession is essential. I completed the CERTIFIED DISTRESS PROPERTY and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource course. I take great pride in my profession. I am a former Board member and Chairperson of the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service.
