James has a keen eye for creative design. He understands how to best utilize spaces for home and business with a love for all things green, eco, and sustainable. A former organic restaurant owner, James received awards for his green design and build out. His restaurant Bloom was featured in many publications such as The New York Times, Westchester Magazine, and appeared on the cover of Hospitality Design Magazine. James attended Syracuse University and fell in love with New York, immediately feeling he was home. Having been a resident of Westchester, Manhattan and now Rockland County, he has a knowledge, and understanding of the area. Originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin, James grew up in a family involved in real estate. His father owned and managed many types of properties, providing him the unique experience of learning first hand what went into buying, selling, managing, and owning various types of real estate giving him a rare expertise. He has sold condos, homes and large multi family investments/properties. Real estate for James is a joy and passion. James is also a certified yoga teacher and enjoys teaching, swimming, hiking, playing tennis and skiing. As well as playing the drums and guitar, has been a music executive producer and producer on several albums.
