Besmatch Real Estate was founded in 1987 by Hafeez Baksh (Harry) under the Century21 System, and was awarded the Century21 Prestigious Centurion Award in 1989 for the highest production in the Bronx.In 1990 the second office was opened on Westchester Avenue and was once again awarded the Centurion Award for Top Production. In 1991 Besmatch Real Estate was ranked #11 out of 516 offices in the Northeast Region of the Century21 System.In October of 1992, affiliations were changed from Century21 to ERA System. At that time Besmatch Real Estate was ranked a Top 25 Company out of 3200 offices in the ERA System Worldwide. In 1998 both offices had over 500 sales, which when broken down, represented over 76 Million in Real Estate Sales. Ever since then Besmatch Real Estate has been ranked #1 in the Metro New York area with over 80 full and part-time agents. With a multitude of Awards and Prizes to his name, he has passed that knowledge onto his Staff and Agents and thus produced some of the most successful brokers in the Bronx.
