I have a Masters Degree in Urban Planning, and as a city planning consultant in the NY Region, became knowledgeable about the communities and their social and economic base. From planning, I moved into large scale real estate development, as was a Vice President of Development for three firms.My education and experience have trained me to objectify clients needs and desires, including architectural and design issues. My development and planning experience have given me first hand knowledge of the Countys communities which help us to determine appropriate target areas. Given this knowledge, we are able to move quickly and efficiently among all the Westchester Towns and Villages. I am actively involved in the Listing and Sale of: Single Family Homes, Coops and Condos, Townhouses, and Multi-Family Property. I also function actively in the single family rental market.
