I have been selling residential real estate in the City of Buffalo and surrounding suburbs since 1982. My clients are my focus, and I work hard to ensure that they have a positive experience in the purchase or sale of a home. I assist buyers and sellers in obtaining the best price for each transaction. Although there are some commonalities in all real estate transactions, each client is unique. My services are tailored to meet the needs of each client. Many of my clients are repeat customers or referrals. My skills include strategic pricing and marketing, communication, and negotiation.
