I have been an associate broker, affiliated with Newbauer Realty in Thornwood for 35 years! Hard to believe it has been that long, but I have always loved what I am doing so the time has sailed by quickly. In addition to listing and selling many resale properties, I have always loved the prospect of developing new home sites and putting people into a brand new home. New construction involves unique challenges which I have become skilled at over the years, including determining the highest and best use for a property, understanding consumer needs and trends, and using creativity to offer the most appealing product. My experience in new construction ranges from mid-range to high-end homes throughout Westchester. To enhance my skills as a real estate professional, I have taken appraisal courses over the years. Understanding valuation principles and the appraisal process has helped me guide buyers, sellers, builders and contractors so everyone knows what to look for and there are fewer surprises. I am a native New Yorker. I grew up in the Wakefield area of the Bronx before moving to Westchester. I have resided in Mt. Pleasant where I raised my family, as well as White Plains. My knowledge of the Mt. Pleasant, Pleasantville and Valhalla areas is extensive, and my experience in selling real estate all these years is broad and diverse. I am still excited about this business and look forward to helping more clients buy or sell their dream homes.
