So when you are satisfied with a purchase or a sale, it gives me joy. In order to ensure that your privacy is maintained, it is my duty to screen all the potential buyers before I show them your property. By doing this, you are not disturbed unnecessarily by buyers who are not serious about their intent to obtain property.
