A real Florida native! David moved to Orlando with his family in 1970; attended Winter Park High School and earned his real estate license at Rollins College in 1978 and never looked back. David�s full time career in real estate began in 1984 in Winter Park with a company much like Charles Rutenberg Realty.David�s passions are many and varied besides the business of real estate. He enjoys competing on the tennis court; David has captained multiple championship men�s tennis teams; he also enjoys cycling for health and fitness; water sports and boating on our many fantastic local lakes.David is a fan of local sports; Orlando Predators Arena Football and the Orlando Magic, and of course, the Miami Dolphins. He is also a fan and enjoys sharing the many entertainment opportunities Central Florida provides. The Winter Park art festival and Jazz in the Park; food and wine tastings around Lake Eola; the Farmer�s Markets and so much more make David passionate about Orlando, Maitland, Winter Park and all of Central Florida.
