David Garcia joined the Real Estate industry in 2011 at Keller Williams Realty Landmark in Queens. He joined Keller Williams Realty Landmark as a Part-Time Assistant in the finance department and after only four months, he was able to work his way up to the Keller Williams Realty Landmark Executive Team as the Assistant Team Leader Role. This role allowed him to expand his Real Estate knowledge through consulting agents, enforcing anti-discrimination compliance, training agents on technological systems and facilitating various classes for the agents. His time as Assistant Team Leader proved to be invaluable in his development in the Real Estate Industry. He seized every opportunity to learn about the business that he wanted as a career. Keller Williams Realty Landmark has been the Number 1 Office in Queens County for Sales Volume every year since 2011 so it provided David with a unique ability to not only learn from all of the classes that they offer but to also learn from some of the very best agents in Queens. He spent 2 years as the Assistant Team Leader and in April of 2013, armed with all of the knowledge from his time at Keller Williams, he was able to transition into the role of Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. His primary focus is to coordinate all parties involved in a transaction, provide exceptional customer service and to create lasting relationships. This is an industry that takes a short time to learn but a lifetime to master and by being learning based, David is constantly working on improving his methods, strategies and execution to provide you with the highest level of service.
