She attended The State University of New York at Buffalo, majoring in legal studies, and subsequently obtained her Paralegal Certificate from The Center for Professional Development at Canisius College. Prior to diversifying into the world of real estate, Chalin was immersed in the healthcare industry specializing in customer service and management for over 10 years. She has become an expert at figuring out how to provide customers with what they want and need.
