Like many young city dwellers today, I left the urban setting of New York, thirty years ago, with trepidation. In Westchester I found the open green spaces, more affordable life style and proximity to Manhattan that I was looking for. When my search took me to the Rivertowns I immediatley knew this was where I would live, embracing the sense of history and strong community on the banks of the Hudson River. I joined the Irvington office of Houlihan Lawrence in 2005. There my business has thrived, esentially due client loyalty and trusted referrals. I enjoy working with sellers, offering advice on staging, pricing, and marketing strategies, often including videos that can be key to Internet representation. I also excel at representing buyers who come to the Rivertowns looking for guidance and advice, and together we turn their ideas into a home.
