Ashley is a Central Florida native and is currently living in Winter Park today! She was born and raised in the Winter Park area, attended Park Maitland School, Orangewood Christian School, and received her BA in Sociology and MBA at Rollins College. She is a member of the Chi Omega Sorority, Upsilon Beta Chapter, at Rollins College. Ashley is a third generation Realtor and is well versed in the real estate and mortgage field.Ashley began her career at First Florida Lending as a Loan Processor and continues in the industry as a Licensed Mortgage Broker. She also provides Property Management Services for the Villa Vienda Homeowners Association where she oversees coordination of repairs, negotiating leases, and tenant inspections as well as serving as the Treasurer for the Homeowner's Association.After earning her real estate license, Ashley started at an established Winter Park brokerage. Ashley's credentials are impressive and her commitment to community service is evident in an organization that she co-founded named Sneaker Seekers Inc, a non-profit organization which collects and distributes new or gently used sneakers to community organizations such as Coalition for the Homeless, Boys and girls Club of America and Help for the Homeless.
