As founder and principal broker of Diamond Quality Real Estate, located in Nyack, New York, my goal is to provide every client with concierge level service for all their real estate needs. Early in my career, I gained the skills necessary to successfully develop and lead a team during a challenging economy. Having conquered yet another facet of the industry, I found myself moving on to real estate and property management roles beginning in 2001. Thereafter, I became an expert in residential leasing, housing law, compliance and risk mitigation. Over the next decade, I went on to gain notable experience in facility management, portfolio management, analysis and real estate business development. It is this arsenal of skills that enables me to become a successful independent broker and a sought-after real estate consultant. The discipline developed while serving in the US Army coupled with decades of industry experience has allowed me to make my mark in one of the most competitive markets on the East Coast.
