After 20 years as a not-for-profit administrator and grant writer, In 2005, I combined my interest in architecture, my project management skills, and entreprenourial instincts to build Key Real Estate Services as a brokerage where agents work directly with every client from start to finish of their transaction throughout Westchester and NYC including single- and multi-family houses, condominiums, co-ops, and mixed-use buildings. I put two basic business principals to work for every client: 1. Exclusive Agency: We formally agree that I am the clients one and only agent. Why? Because if my client makes a committment to me, I can make an equal committment to work for them every day. Working with one agent actually opens ALL doors by someone who always has the clients best interest in mind. 2. Market Niches: We represent residential Buyers where they want to buy and Sellers throughout the greater NYC metro area. Our agents specialize in several market niches rather than one geographic area. Those include Senior-Owned Properties, Estate Properties, and HDFC apartments.
