I have been living in Seminole County for 11 years and currently reside off Markham Woods corridor. I am very knowledgable of Seminole County neighborhoods and would be the perfect buying or listing agent for those families in transition to or in the Lake Mary, Heathrow, Sanford, Maitland, and Longwood areas. Prior to living in Seminole county I resided for quite a few years in downtown Orlando. I do have strong knowledge of downtown areas as well.
