My background is in education and business. I was a High School teacher and assistant principal in a wonderful High School in Brooklyn ( New Utrecht H.S.). At the same time, I started my real estate business in 1989. My area of concentration has residential, mixed use and small commercial primarily in Brooklyn and Staten Island. I hold several designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors: CBR, CIPS,CNE, CRS,GREEN, GRI, SRES,SRS, AHWD, ePro and SFR. My extensive training and my passion for helping people prepared me to be a highly effective broker. I am fluent in Spanish, French and Italian and I am well versed in many other cultures. I had the privilege of living and travelling in many different countries. Much of my academic work dealt with other cultures and languages. I am an approved AHWD and CIPS ( Certified International Property Specialist ). A local broker with global connections.
