Aggie Cheng got her first license at the age of 19 and worked part time at ReMax. Still exploring her career options, she developed a love for the wedding industry and opened her first bridal shop in 2000. For the next 12 years, she expanded and opened 2 more bridal shops during this time. Because of her bridal shops, she was blessed to work with so many different clients, which would soon benefit her in her real estate career. Having met so many clients from both overseas and locally, Aggie established relationships that would flourish into helping her build her real estate empire. Because of her knowledge and connections, she ventured out and started hosting oversea seminars in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan from 2013-2016. During these few years, Aggie was able to help many of her oversea clients with the EB5 program, which helps immigrants invest in U.S. real estate. With all the knowledge from her experiences, Aggie opened her own real estate office, EXIT Realty Dynasty, in Flushing, New York. Her areas of expertise are Manhattan, Long Island and Queens. Since her grand opening of EXIT Realty Dynasty, she has obtained exclusive listings for her office, including the newest and most luxurious building in Long Island City, Star Tower, which includes 182 units and robotic parking. These condominiums will launch in October of 2018.
